What languages is GTA 6 in?

Thirteen, for menus and subtitles. The Microsoft Store's listing for the game carries a table of every language the store knows, with three marks for each: interface, subtitles and audio. Read on Nov 1, 2026, it marks interface and subtitles for English (United States), French, German, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), Polish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified) and Chinese (Traditional), and nothing for any other language. The game is the same on PlayStation 5; the PlayStation Store page did not list languages when read the same day.

Store listings can change before release, and the list is the store's, filled in by the publisher; the game's own Settings menu is the final word on Nov 19.

Does GTA 6 have voices in other languages?

No. The store marks audio for English alone, so every voice, from Jason and Lucia to the pedestrians and the radio hosts, is in English, with subtitles for the other 12 languages. Grand Theft Auto V works the same way, with English voices and translated subtitles. Who voices the characters is on Cast, and the radio's hosts on Music and Radio.

Is GTA 6 in Spanish or Portuguese?

Yes, as subtitles and menus. There are two kinds of Spanish, one for Spain and one for Mexico and Latin America, and Brazilian Portuguese; Zelnick named Spanish and Portuguese among the launch languages in September 2026. European Portuguese is not on the list, so a player in Portugal gets Brazilian Portuguese or English.

Is GTA 6 in Turkish, Arabic or Ukrainian?

No. None of the three is among the languages the Microsoft Store's listing marks as of Nov 1, 2026, and no language beyond the 13 is. Players in those countries can play with English or one of the 13 languages. Rockstar has not said whether it will add any after launch.

How do I change the language in GTA 6?

Rockstar has not published how as of Nov 1, 2026; whether the game follows the console's system language, has a setting of its own, or both will be known when it unlocks on Nov 19, 2026. What else to set up before playing is on the Launch Guide.
